Hello world. The following was written 4/3/2018.

Good morning world. A brother asked a question this morning that had me looking within to gain clarity and understanding of the answer to respond with. The following was their question and my response to them.

A brother asks, “Question for my BFOATS who will understand me: When do you know your ego is acting, what does it feel like? I know for me it is sneaky…Looking forward reading your wise responses and anybody else who knows what I m talking about. I look forward reading your wise responses…”

My response, “Good morning brother. The simplest answer I am able to give here to your questions would be this, “triggered”. If I am being triggered in any way it is my ego trying to get into the driver’s seat. You see, I made a choice years ago to place my Ego in the back seat and I chose to hand the keys to Holy Spirit. In my mind I am shown my egoistic self with an attitude clawing, kicking, biting, and screaming in the back seat of my car that I call my body. When I am being triggered by my animal companions squabbling over treats I may find myself snapping at them in an annoyed tone of voice to knock it off.

As for how it feels… In all honesty it actually depends on the situation how I am responding to it. There can be a turning of the stomach, a tightening of muscles and a shortness of temper. I have experienced copious tears and a torrent of tears as well as an angry violent rage where I am wanting to simply slap, beat…
