I have always wondered how I would react if I saw a man hurting a woman after all the shit I have been through personally, tonight I got my answer.

Hello world. The following was written 5/1/2017.

This has been one hell of an interesting night. Around 12:30 AM I hear hollering and scuffling in front of my house and a woman crying out in pain and hollering at this guy to stop hitting her. I look out my window to see her trying to run away from him across the street. I turn on my porch light and walk out to the street to see them under the street light in the neighbors yard across the street. He has her by the hair and is punching her in the head yelling at her.

Without thought I find myself moving towards them yelling at him to get his hands off of her. To which he starts talking shit to me as he is dragging her away by her jacket and hair. Telling me he is going to come beat my ass. My response was to tell him come on. I will kick your ass. Men like you are pussies. Any man that hits a woman is a pussy. His ass started running dragging her with him. Five minutes later I see patrol cars going through the neighborhood looking for this couple.

We hadn’t taken our dog for his walk yet and I had a feeling he was going to take her to the park up the street and beat on her. I asked Alex if he was ready for the walk and we took off towards the park for our nightly walk with Thor our pit bull. As we got closer we could hear them yelling and arguing.
