Hello world. The following was written 3/16/2018.

Last night I found myself channeling as I was listening to Fade to Black. The topics last night were myriad. The conversation spanned the paranormal, UFO’s, aliens, ancient civilizations, psychology and the world in general. Some of the items touched on was meditation, psychological brainwashing or programming, controlled manipulations and the propaganda pushing an agenda of victim hood and fear. The first question the guest had asked about is, how we as individuals are co-creating this reality and how do we change it? The following was the channeling that came through as the conversation transpired…

The answer to his question would be to look within at your own choices to think and believe as you do. We co-create this reality on an Individual level. We are trained to think, believe and perceive ourselves and everyone and everything through an egoistic thought system. This thought system is passed on from one generation to the next through the beliefs that the parents, family, ministers, and teachers have chosen for themselves.

As the Individual looks within at their own choices to believe, they are given an opportunity to see the Truth of their own choices. When they see it they can change it. As the Individual changes their mind the world changes with them. Their change in choices to believe becomes reflected in what it is they are perceiving, thinking, saying and doing. There is a shift that occurs within them that becomes reflected outside of them. They become the example for their brothers.

There is a twisting that has occurred with the word meditation, its meaning and how it is to be implemented. Humanity is being taught that meditation is pushing away the thought to achieve silence. It is the opposite. Meditation is to be used to heal by looking at the thoughts being brought before you. When the thoughts come forward we are to look at them and question them. We are NOT to push them away or ignore them.

Meditation is used to bring ones thoughts into focus to be looked at and questioned. It is as the thoughts are cleared out that Silence is gained permanently with inner peace and joy continuing throughout your life as that which caused the pain and suffering is healed.
