Hello world. The following was written 10/18/2018.

A brothers sharing brought forth the following understanding, of how a deeper dive into healing and understanding may be achieve through a simple act of questioning, while holding an awareness of the thoughts one is thinking.

In any given moment when you are able to “catch” a thought as it is coming in, ask yourself these questions as a start to unraveling the mystery of what you were trained to do. Ask the Holy Spirit, to show you His Truth, so you may understand what this is for and why it is here. Where did it come from? Why is it there? Why would I think this? How does it make me feel emotionally? How do those emotions make me feel physically? Is this True? Holy Spirit what is the Truth of what I perceive here? How is this of benefit to me? Ask and you shall receive. Remember you must ask for Holy Spirit and your Guides to step forward and help you. They cannot interfere with your Free Will to choose and believe as you choose and must be asked by you to help you.

As you do these exercises or steps in connecting the dots of how everything is connected one to the other, you will become witness to the patterns taught to you, you chose to accept and believe in. As you do so you will be given an opportunity to see the Truth of what was taught to you and change your mind. All one needs is the willingness to question and listen to Holy Spirit’s responses. Then accept the Truths shown to you by Holy Spirit. The next step is to accept responsibility for what you chose, so you may change your mind. It is the accepting of responsibility for ones self and all they choose which will free them from the shackles they unknowingly accepted, so created for themselves subconsciously.
